Residential Surveying
Meridian Geomatics has been at the forefront of infill development since the beginning of 2003. We offer full service packages to builders beginning with the survey, working through the site design, construction layout for the grader and foundation installer, and the final survey for the CO. Additionally, we provide services for clients who need their property lines staked or a simple retracement boundary survey of their lot.

Construction Layout
It has been said that 80% of all survey work involves stake and grade. With the advent of new technologies many Grading and General Contracting companies have gone away from using a Land Surveyor to do their construction layout. We have worked with many Grading companies in the past few years who have really needed our expertise in this area. Many Civil plans don't address or have the needed checks and balances that a field engineer can offer. Municipal
Meridian Geomatics has worked in many of the metro Atlanta Counties providing municipal survey work. We have completed municipal projects for Dekalb County Schools and the Library System, Douglas County, GDOT and the City of Clarkston just to name a few.
